Refund Policy

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing research@axiompeptides.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, goods must be:

• · Returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice
• · In their original, unopened, and sealed condition
• · Accompanied by original packaging and documentation
• · Not used, reconstituted, or tampered with in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used research compounds. This exception is permitted under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will also refund standard delivery charges where applicable, but not enhanced delivery options.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, contact us within 30 days at research@axiompeptides.co.uk with your order number and description of the issue. We will arrange collection or return at our cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

Business Purchases

If you purchase in the course of business (B2B), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cancellation rights do not apply. However, we will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of goods being faulty or incorrectly supplied.
